Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms of payment for all transactions with GEO Tyres. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.


1. Accepted Payment Methods


We accept payment via:

  • Bank Deposit (EFT)
  • Credit Card (subject to security verification)
  • Zip and ZipPay
  • ShopPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

All payments must be made in Australian dollars (AUD).

 


2. Bank Deposit (EFT) Payments

 

When paying via bank deposit:

  1. Use your invoice number as the payment reference.
  2. Send proof of payment to accounts@geotyres.com.au to avoid processing delays.
  3. Orders will be dispatched once funds have cleared in our account.

Note: GEO Tyres is not liable for delays caused by incorrect references or transfers from third-party accounts.

 

3. Late Payments (EFT Only)

 

For orders paid via Bank Deposit (EFT):

  • Payment must be received within 3 business days of an order being placed.
  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, we will contact the customer using the details provided at checkout
  • If there is no response or payment after 5 business days, the order may be cancelled and stock released.

If a delayed EFT payment is received after cancellation, we will:

  • Refund the payment in full; or
  • Reprocess the order, subject to current stock availability and pricing.

Late EFT payments do not apply to customers using instant payment methods such as Credit Card, Zip, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

 

4. Suspected Fraudulent Payments

 

GEO Tyres actively monitors all transactions for signs of fraud and may take preventative measures where suspicious activity is identified.

If a payment or order is flagged as potentially fraudulent:

  1. The order will be placed on hold while verification is carried out.
  2. We will contact the customer up to three times over a two-week period using the contact details provided at checkout.
  3. If there is no response after three contact attempts, the order will be cancelled without further notice.

We may also request:

  • Identification or proof of ownership of the payment method.
  • Confirmation of billing or shipping information.

GEO Tyres reserves the right to cancel any order and report suspected fraud to relevant authorities. Refunds relating to such cases will only be processed once the matter is resolved and funds are confirmed as cleared.
