Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have received an item that you are unhappy with, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery in saleable condition, and we will happily exchange, credit or provide you with a refund on the product, minus transaction fees and any costs incurred from the original delivery (please note that this is the actual cost that we paid, not what you paid at the time of your purchase).

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. If the returned item is damaged, missing any parts, or damaged in transit because it wasn't packaged correctly when returned, GEO Tyres reserves the right to deduct from the refund to cover the amount of loss.

We do not accept any returns of items that are used or previously installed.

Faulty item returns

If you have received a faulty/damaged item or you believe it is the incorrect item – please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receiving your delivery and we will replace (if possible) or refund. GEO Tyres will cover any reshipping costs. Please note, however, that a replacement item will not be sent until the incorrect/faulty item has been lodged for return to us.

Return to sender

If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office/courier depot in a weeks’ time) we will contact you to organise re-delivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the area, so please ensure that your address details are correct before proceeding with your order.

We will not be held liable for late deliveries. Any purchases that arrive after the estimated delivery time will not be eligible for compensation, this includes but is not limited to Parcel Post and Express Post.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order after your order has been placed, this must be communicated to us before your item is dispatched from our warehouse.

If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel your order. You will need to wait for the item to be delivered and then lodge a return request for the order.

TRANSACTION & POSTAGE FEE REFUNDS

Any refund will be minus a 3% fee from our Third-Party payment gateways when paying with our Online Platforms/PayPal/Credit Cards (we do not receive the amount you pay at checkout). Any third-party payment options deduct a % (this is not charged by us). If you received free shipping and wish to request a refund, shipping of $10 will be deducted from your refund. This is charged to us by Australia Post.
